Simple Lentil Loaf

Prep: 5 min, Cook: 50 min.

Preheat oven to 350°F. Combine all ingredients and salt and pepper to taste in a bowl. Mix thoroughly and press mixture into a lightly oiled loaf pan. Bake 50 minutes.

Lemon and Garlic Broccoli

Prep: 5 min, Cook: 5 min.

Add garlic, lemon juice and salt to taste. Simmer 1 minute. Pour butter mixture over broccoli and toss.
